A Spinning Bike and you. That’s it, no other gadget. And then of course the Music – which is a vital part of the class.

One of the great things about the Spinning program is that it doesn’t exclude anyone. In your class you can have a hard core cyclist, a 76 year old lady, a pregnant girl and a very unfit overweight person. YOU work within your comfort zone, YOU are in charge of the bike. If you follow this very basic advice you will over a very short period experience how your level of fitness improves dramatically.
